JUNIOR SALES ACCOUNT
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Account who will be responsible for helping growing our business by developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The person will be responsable for collecting information in a timely manner so that the data collected will serve as a solid basis for the development of functional and tailored technical solutions. Moreover, he/she will actively support area managers in the preparation of sales meetings and will aim to ensure maximum market coverage in the assigned area through various activities, such as conducting research of new potential customers, first phone contact and participation in trade fair events.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players;
Communicating with Customers, making outbound calls to potential Customers;
Understanding Customer needs and requirements;
Answering potential Customers questions and providing them with additional information;
Maintaining and expanding database of prospects;
Updating CRM;
Ensuring market coverage by maintaining continuous contacts with potential and existing Customers.
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
Strong listening and presentation skills;
Analysis and organizational skills;
Reliability and precision;
Knowledge in Spanish and/or Italian is a plus;
Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machines is a plus. We Offer:

Base Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
