Role As a Commis de Rang, you will support the Chef de Rang in delivering flawless service to our guests in a refined dining environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, eager to learn and grow within a luxury service setting. You will assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction while developing your skills in food and beverage service KeyResponsibilities - Support the Chef de Rang in preparing and maintaining the station to luxury service standards. - Assist with serving food and beverages during service, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for guests. - Refill water, clear plates, and reset tables with precision and attention to detail. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, side stations, and service equipment. - Carry out mise en place duties before, during, and after service. - Deliver bread, amuse-bouche, and other items as directed by the Chef de Rang. - Observe guest behavior to anticipate needs and assist discreetly when appropriate. - Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. - Uphold hotel and restaurant standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism. - Take initiative in learning about menu items, wines, and service techniques to support future growth. JobRequirements - 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a fine dining or luxury setting. - A genuine passion for hospitality and willingness to learn and grow within the role. - Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic. - Verbal and written proficiency in English and Italian is preferred. - Basic knowledge of food and wine is an advantage; training will be provided. - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
