Product Specialist for Europe South East for Agfa Digital Radiology Solutions business is a key and unique role to manage product marketing and product expertise of the whole Agfa DR portfolio.

It combines the deep knowledge of radiography and digital radiography devices, software and technology with marketing and commercial skills.
Knowledge and experience in the radiography market of East or South Europe is required.
It is an international, cluster role which cover the market of 3 focused countries: Poland, Italy and Greece plus additionally 21 counties of Eastern Europe and Asia.Product Specialist is responsible for execution in the market product positioning and value proposition.
This is a business support role but also customer facing one as Product Specialist should have a product configuration and demonstration capability in from of the customer or at company events, conferences and trainings.Product Specialist should be the most advanced role in term of product knowledge to consult product functionality, configuration and price to the sales team.
Product Specialist works with Agfa Sales Managers, Account Managers, Application Specialists and similar role within Agfa Channel Partners organizations.Location:This position can be based in Warsaw, Athens, or Milan.What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Provide product configuration and functionality consultancy to internal and external sales forceUnderstand customer requirements and workflows to ensure the system configuration is according customers' expectationTraining and Presentation:Give presentations at internal and external events, conferences, trade-shows promoting DR portfolioTrain Sales Force internal and external on new product featuresFast and active learning at internal training to keep knowledge up to dateLocalize global value proposition to fit Europe South East market requirementsManage product mix and prices to deliver the best value for AgfaWork in a group of Cluster Product Specialists to realize Europe-Pacific region objectivesDevelop and maintain relationship with key users, customers to produce local testimonialsManage the communication between Agfa HQ and customers engaged in product validation and clinical trialsIdentify new opportunities and pass leads to the sales and business development teamResponsibility in contact with customers and patientsRadiography market assessment and intelligence to secure Agfa proposition competitivenessMonitoring competition in the cluster and propose competitive actions to increase win rateWho You Are (Qualifications):Education: Medical Degree, Radiographer, Medical Physicist, Biomedical Engineer, or Marketing backgroundExtensive knowledge of direct radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, and other medical imaging modalitiesExperience in a marketing or commercial role within a local or international business organizationExperience working in a radiology department (advantage)Training capabilities and willingness to support educational activitiesAbility to establish and maintain strong customer relationshipsStrong business orientation and focus on achieving targetsNatural networking abilities and strong social skillsExcellent communication and solid presentation skillsAbility to work under pressureVery good command of English; additional languages such as Polish, Greek, or Italian are an advantageAbility to work independentlyStrong organizational and structured working styleAnalytical and conceptual thinking skillsHigh flexibility and willingness to travel up to 50%(Agfa) Our Values:Own It (I do what I say, full accountability for results, finding solutions and Practice ethical and safe behaviors)Play as One (Collaborate for a common goal, diverse perspectives.
