Apply online nowWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer for After Sales Service in the biogas sector, with a strong technical background and a solid network within the industry. The successful candidate will focus on public customers and act as a key link between clients and our service organization.Your tasksAchieve sales targets in After Sales Service (revenue, margin, and market penetration)Increase the number of customers and expand market shareStrengthen customer loyalty and long‑term relationshipsEnhance the company’s image in all external interactionsEnsure efficient, timely, and cost‑effective execution of all tasksSales & Customer ManagementAdvise customers on service products for biogas plants (applications, benefits, optimization potential)Maintain and develop strong relationships through regular customer visitsManage and coordinate a network of existing customersIdentify and acquire new customers, with a focus on public sector clientsAct as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate internallyBusiness DevelopmentDevelop and implement new sales strategiesContribute to market‑appropriate pricing in collaboration with internal departmentsIdentify market trends and opportunities within the biogas sectorDrive market penetration and expansion activitiesOperational CoordinationInitiate and coordinate service orders in close collaboration with the Service OfficeEnsure customer requests and feedback are processed efficientlySupport internal teams with customer insights and requirementsReporting & AnalysisMaintain sales statistics and performance trackingProvide regular reporting on activities, opportunities, and market developmentsQualifications & ExperienceTechnical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or environmental engineering)Solid experience in the biogas or renewable energy sectorStrong network within the biogas industry (especially in Italy)Proven experience in technical sales or after‑sales serviceStrong customer orientation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a distributed customer baseHigh level of flexibility and willingness to travelLanguagesItalian (fluent, negotiable/professional level)English (fluent)German is a plusLocation & TravelPrimary work location: ItalyOffice: Home office (optionally Rovereto)Travel requirement: approximately 50%Our offerA dynamic role in a growing and sustainable industryHigh degree of autonomy and responsibilityOpportunity to shape market development in the biogas sectorCollaboration with a dedicated and experienced service team
