We are a boutique architecture and interior design studio based in Piazza degli Strozzi in Florence. Our work sits between storytelling, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture, with a focus on commercial spaces, especially restaurants, alongside a selection of residential projects. Every project is approached with the same level of care, combining strong concepts, precise execution, and genuine attention to the final result.
We are currently looking for an Interior Designer with around three to five years of experience. We are interested in someone practical, creatively involved, and comfortable following a project from the early concept stages through to completion.
The Role
This is a freelance position operating on a self employed basis. The role covers the full development of a project, including concept design, technical drawings, 3D modelling and visualisation, client presentations, and day to day project coordination.
Because we are a small studio, the role is naturally hands on and multidisciplinary. You will have real responsibility within the design process and your contribution will directly shape the outcome of the work.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Interior Designer with a strong visual sensibility and real attention to detail. Someone able to balance creativity with technical precision, communicate clearly with clients, and stay organised while managing multiple projects.
A proactive and adaptable attitude is important, as well as the confidence to take initiative when needed.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is essential, together with three to five years of professional experience.
Fluent Italian is required. A good level of English is considered an important advantage.
The position is based in Florence and we are looking for someone available to start as soon as possible.
Software and Skills
Applicants should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, together with solid 3D visualisation skills.
Experience with rendering software such as V Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is appreciated, as well as BIM knowledge and previous experience in hospitality or commercial design.
We are also increasingly interested in designers who are familiar with AI tools and able to integrate them naturally into the creative workflow.
