Our global reach and strong local presence enable us to offer these diverse clients tailor‑made services and respond to rapid changes in mature or emerging markets alike. /p h3Our 3 expertise /h3 ul liAsset management /li liEnergy supply, providing green energy innovative solutions /li liRisk management market access /li /ul pAt SEM we encourage breakthrough results, team spirit, curiosity and innovation while preserving the right work/life balance for you. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pAs Sales Manager SME, you will: /p ul liCollaborate actively with the Head of Downstream building a dedicated stream on SME within the Downstream desk according with the Platform Leader inputs and SEM Italy strategy milestones. /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of Area Managers, ensuring achievement of sales/PL targets and professional growth. /li liOversee the management of agencies through Area Managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with contractual obligations. /li liPropose and manage on yearly base a business plans for SME with profitable growth based on sound and in-depth data analytics on clients contract portfolio. /li liSupport Head of Downstream and COO on building a SME stream ensuring that front‑end operations are secured, efficient and with a strong digital orientation. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key SME customers for electricity and gas supply. /li liDevelop business with a strong achievement of sales and profitability results. /li liContribute to the negotiation of contracts. /li liPropose and help structure new products and services for SME clients. /li liMonitor customer satisfaction and loyalty, resolving any issues or complaints. /li liIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customers. /li liProvide feedback and insights internally to improve our offerings and competitive edge. /li liParticipate in the team's spirit and collaborate transversally with other sales managers. /li /ul h3ABOUT YOU /h3 pThe ideal profile matches with the followings prerequisites: /p ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; /li liAt least ten years of experience as Sales Manager in SME segment with a proven track‑record and accountability of the full PL in the position. /li liExcellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance, with deep understanding of the impact of the energy transition and of energy risk management. /li liExcellent stress management, especially in scenarios requiring quick reactions. /li liDemonstrated capacity to lead a large team, especially Area Managers and agencies, in an Italian environment with a successful track record in leading transformation and working in start‑up mode. /li liDemonstrated ability to drive growth and operational excellence. /li liFluent English and Italian. Fluent in French would be a plus. /li liCollaborative, able to create an inclusive and motivating work environment and team spirit. /li liAbility to build and maintain credibility and trust with senior stakeholders and to be able to communicate complex issues simply and compellingly to clients and employees. /li liDemonstrated leadership and assertiveness, with excellent negotiation (including with external stakeholders such as TPI, Agencies B2B clients) and communication presentation skills. /li liAnalytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liSelf‑motivated and results‑oriented.
