Our client is looking for an Export Sales Area Manager to oversee and grow its presence in the Middle East and North Africa.
Responsibilities
Based out of North Italy, you will lead and coordinate sales activity, managing a small regional sales team and a large distribution network and selling primarily to commercial and residential building services, industrial markets and agriculture across the region. You will drive strategic account planning, undertake structured and effective visits alongside regular contact with key customers and distributors, and manage negotiations at all levels. You will collaborate in defining the market strategy within a matrix organisation involving multiple internal stakeholders and identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

* Proven track record in handling distributors, retailers and contractors across the MENA region
* Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach
* Target-driven with the ability to consistently deliver results
* High resilience and effective stress management
* Flexible, dynamic, and proactive, with strong cultural sensitivity toward the MENA region
* Capable of working in complex, matrix organizations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Advanced negotiation and communication skills
* Fluency in English and French is required, Arabic highly desirable
