Monitoring restaurant performance, ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Control of supplies and budget management, optimizing costs without compromising quality. Resolution of guest complaints and issues, ensuring a prompt and effective solution. Required Qualifications Significant experience in a Restaurant Manager position, preferably in high-level hotels or restaurants. Excellent leadership and staff management skills. Excellent knowledge of service techniques and hygiene standards. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage budget and supplies.
