Randstad Professionals’ Hospitality & Luxury team, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is seeking a proactive, ambitious, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager (Hotellerie), based in Como.
Main Responsabilities:
* Actively seek new clients and close deals to generate new revenue streams.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and cultivate new connections.
* Proactively follow up on proposals and engage with clients to maximize conversions.
* Independently organize external sales appointments, property inspections, and familiarization trips relevant to each segment.
* Attend international fairs and events related to the Hospitality sector.
* Work within the Sales Department
* Develop strategic account management in assigned markets.
Requirements:
* Degree in Tourism, Marketing, Economy.
* Previous experience (3 yrs minimum) in similar role in Sales Department Hospitality.
* Knowledge of sales in the Leisure, MICE, and Corporate sectors.
* Willingness to travel frequently abroad and attend fairs.
* Fluent in English
* Ability to work in a team.
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
* Positive and charming attitude towards clients and colleagues.
* Problem-solving abilities.
