Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a strong channel system, optimizing distributor networks, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain relationships with key agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers;
* Formulate product and price strategies to maximize market share;
* Optimize distributor systems to ensure timely supply of channel inventory and maintain market order;
* Develop and implement quarterly/annual sales plans to achieve business objectives;
* Manage regional sell-in and sell-out activities to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or related field;
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Italian market, with a proven track record of success in integrated marketing;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to withstand pressure and drive results;
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in team management and project development.
