We are committed to making clean, green energy the primary power source for homes, businesses, and beyond. /p pWe are looking for a Presales Engineer to join our team in Treviso, Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign PV string layouts for residential and commercial systems. /li liProvide technical support and handle design‑ and product‑related inquiries. /li liSupport customers with monitoring portal questions and troubleshooting. /li liDeliver training and guidance on the use of SolarEdge tools, including the Design Tool, SetApp, and Site Mapper. /li liFollow up on projects throughout all phases— from design and installation to commissioning—and verify system functionality post‑commissioning (remotely or on‑site). /li liCoordinate and conduct site visits during installation and commissioning phases, including on‑site training on mounting SolarEdge inverters and optimizers, providing hands‑on technical guidance and demonstrations of SolarEdge technology. /li liDevelop deep technical expertise in SolarEdge products, system design, troubleshooting, and commissioning processes. /li liStay up to date with all product updates, system changes, and known issues/solutions within the residential and commercial product range. /li liAdvise installers on AC and DC installation aspects of PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCompleted electrical engineering education at MBO (MTS) level. /li liFluent in English and Italian (spoken and written). /li liExperience in residential and/or large commercial PV systems is an advantage. /li liAbility to independently design and advise on AC and DC components of large solar systems. /li liKnowledge of and adherence to NEN1010 standards regarding AC and DC installations. /li liProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). /li liExperience with AutoCAD. /li liPossession of, or willingness to obtain, a valid VCA certificate. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liFlexible and adaptable to changing tasks and working conditions. /li liQuick learner with the ability to work independently. /li liHighly self‑motivated and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. /li liStrong technical competence and critical thinking ability. /li liCapable of working independently across teams and with customers. /li liExcellent relationship‑building skills and customer focus. /li liTeam player with a proactive, hands‑on mindset and ownership mentality. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 ul liAssociate /li /ul h3Employment Type /h3 ul liFull‑time /li /ul h3Job Function /h3 ul liEngineering, Sales, and Customer Service /li /ul h3Industries /h3 ul liRenewable Energy, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Energy Technology, and Computer Hardware Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
