The company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self‑driven and motivated to join a team of open‑minded individuals. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pYou will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts. /p h3The Person Will Be In Charge Of /h3 ul liManaging accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel; /li liNetworking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities; /li liEnsuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts; /li liMonitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively; /li liHolding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts; /li liInvestigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts; /li liTaking a proactive approach to account management; /li liArranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer; /li liHolding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales. /li /ul h3What You Need To Succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liClients management skills /li liSales and Business Development experience and proof of this /li liMarketing background /li /ul pbEducation /b: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field. /p pbProfessional experience /b: Minimum 5 years of experience within the Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA Market. /p h3Soft skills /h3 ul liProactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross‑functional activities /li liTeam working skills /li /ul pbLanguage /b: Fluency in English and Italian. /p pbNice to have /b: Familiarity with Consumer Electronic Goods markets. /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
