What will you do?
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet annual targets, pipeline management and forecasting.
Manage, maintain and expand the customer portfolio (public and private hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, distributors).
Present products and clinical techniques through demonstrations for medical and nursing staff.
Prepare and follow up on offers, specifications and tenders; collaborate with administrative departments (pharmacy, purchasing, local health authority) and technical departments (clinical engineering).
Manage post-sales follow-up activities.
Collect and analyse market information, report opportunities and risks, propose commercial actions.
Collaborate with other company departments to maximise customer value.
Participate in conferences, scientific events and visits by Key Opinion Leaders.
Who we are looking for:
At least 10 years of consolidated sales experience in the medical devices/biomedical sector
Ability to interact with clinical teams and administrative departments
Experience in managing tenders, KOL and management of medical and scientific training activities
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Customer and results-oriented
Good knowledge of Office and CRM; analytical skills
Knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
Availability to travel within the specific territory for most of the time
