With the Papernet brand, we also cater to the "Away-from-Home" sector, ensuring quality solutions for businesses and public spaces. /ppWherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday life! /p h3Purpose /h3 pTo manage the product specifications and packaging in line with the agreed product strategies and priorities, cooperating with the local countries of the assigned geographical area. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProposes any product launch and line extension in the assigned countries, taking in consideration the Power Brands and Strategic Cells reports /li liGuarantees the approved Unique Selling Propositions and the Business Value Proposition of the assigned products are correctly deployed in every communication stream (Digital, packaging, local material…) /li liAnalyses the consumer and retail trends received from the local Category Management Dept. (market trends, competitors, consumers…) to feed the product innovation plans. /li liSupports the local Category Managers of the assigned countries about category insights in order to draft Trade Stories for clients. /li liAnalyses the consumer complaints reports and liaises with local Category Management Dept local Product Office Dept in order to monitor the corrective actions aimed at matching the quality standards /li liLiaises with the Group operating Process Dept to organise the agreed product trials and analises the results in order to submit a final proposition to the Line Manager Marketing Sales Director Brand. /li liManages the packaging creation of the assigned products with the Graphic Designer and packaging agencies, under the lead of the Line Manager /li liLiaises with the local Category Management Dept to adapt the on-packaging communication to the local standards and laws. /li liSupports the Line Manager to build and deploy the Brand books. /li liDrafts the annual Marketing plan of the assigned countries, in collaboration with the Line Manager and the Marketing Sales Director. /li liSupports the local Category Management Dept implementing the agreed consumer marketing strategies and action plans /li liFacilitates the implementation of the editorial Plans in the assigned countries, curing the relationship between the Digital Marketing Sales department and the local Marketing Sales Dept /li liControls the orders and invoices of packaging agencies /li liRaises the Purchase Order and manages the administration flow of the media investments made in the assigned countries /li /ul h3Key Soft Skills /h3 ul liCollaborative mindset, able to work across diverse EU cultures and align them with Italian HQ strategies /li liInnovation-driven, constantly challenging the status quo with new, scalable ideas /li liStrong project management skills, acting as a bridge between local market needs and HQ strategic direction /li liExcellence in planning and execution, balancing long-term vision with operational accuracy /li liCross-functional collaboration with local Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams /li liStrategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and identify winning paths /li /ul h3Requirements for the Application /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Economics, Business, or related fields /li li5+ years’ experience in top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods companies, ideally in non-food or household categories /li liProven success in product management and in leading complex product portfolios or innovation projects /li liInternational experience is a plus /li liFluent in English /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe chance to work in an international Group and a concrete opportunity for professional growth /li liA dynamic environment based on teamwork /li liSofidel Language Learning Programme through innovative digital platform for you and one additional user, such as family member or friend. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
