Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key customer contacts to deliver business growth for both present and future solutions being the “reference persona” for building designers and general contractors.
* Proactively and constructively analyze customer accounts and opportunities to determine potential business.
* Keep up-to-date knowledge of product lines, company sales philosophy and policy, company processes and industry conditions to provide innovative support to the accounts.
* Influence customer needs and propose company solutions.
* Deliver and organize demos.
* Deliver prescription docs and analyze competitors specs in existing RFPs.
* Participate in trade shows and industry associations.
Qualifications
* Technical degree.
* 5 years of experience in solution prescription and sales.
* English proficient level.
Skills
* Proactive approach to capture all possible business.
* Inspire with energy and team building attitude the project team.
* Self‑motivated, problem‑solving attitude.
* Good understanding of electronic access control systems, mechanical locking systems or other building security equipment.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface and influence up and down the organization to drive stakeholder alignment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
