The Product Manager – Service & Servitization leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle of the assigned Service & Servitization portfolio, with the goal of transforming the company's offering from a machine-selling approach to a model focused on operational continuity, performance, and value generation across the entire equipment lifecycle.In this role, he/she works closely with all key company functions (Engineering, R&D, Sales, Key Account Management, Strategic Marketing, Service, Digital, IT, Operations, Finance) and the leadership team, contributing to the development of recurring and performance-based business models.The role is responsible for translating customer needs, strategic priorities, and market opportunities into product requirements, quantified value propositions, and portfolio roadmaps, ensuring alignment between customer value, economic sustainability, and operational feasibility.Main ActivitiesDefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap of Service & Servitization solutions (subscription, pay-per-use, performance-based models).Analyze market trends, installed base, competitive landscape, and customer digital maturity.Conduct VOC/OVOC activities to understand operational needs, pain points, and key buying factors.Translate business and customer needs into measurable product requirements and user stories.Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Digital, and IT to develop service-enabled, data-driven solutions.Support the development of digital services such as remote support, predictive maintenance, analytics, and digital twins.Contribute to the definition of the Go To Market strategy, including pricing, target segments, and contractual models.Support Sales and KAM teams in building integrated machine + service offerings.Monitor portfolio KPIs: recurring revenues, attach rate, margins, uptime, OEE, retention.Contribute to the Portfolio Business Plan and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.Skills and QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering (MBA considered a plus).Proven experience (7+ years) in Product Management, Service and Servitization within complex industrial environments.Strong knowledge of recurring business models and CAPEX + OPEX logic.Familiarity with digital technologies: IoT, analytics, monitoring platforms.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.Availability for international travel.Work Location: San Giovanni Teatino (Chieti)Work mode: On-siteThis job posting is addressed to candidates of all genders (Law 903/77 - Legislative Decree no. 198/2006), including those belonging to Protected Categories (Law 68/99), and to individuals of all ages and nationalities pursuant to Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03.#J-18808-Ljbffr
