More about us at www.jyxpackaging.com.About the RoleWe are looking for Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.ResponsibilitiesStrengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.Work cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.Report sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly.Required SkillsExtensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic country and in English.Proficient computer skills using MS Office.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.Packaging industry experience.What We OfferOption of freelance (commission model remote) or employee (remote).Performance-related salary (base + bonus) with annual wage increases possible.Company laptop and mobile phone, along with all necessary work equipment.Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and/or Dongguan, China.Support from experienced sales colleagues even after the induction period.Flexible working hours.
