Loacker’s Italian Digital Commerce team is looking for a person passionate in eCommerce and digitalization, eager to nurture professional and technical skills from both a commercial and operational standpoint. YOUR TASKS - Responsible for the 360° operative management of the digital stores of Loacker (owned stores b2c & B2B, Amazon) for the Italian market - Implements the digital channel strategy defined by the channel manager, actively supporting in all activities and matters while identifying potential for improvement and optimization - Contribute in sales planning and target identification, keeping also track of costs and further sales opportunities in the short / medium term - Collaborate in the monitoring sales/volumes objectives as well as optimizing product assortment and tuning the price strategy per channel - Execute digital and promotional plan on own B2C and B2B stores together with content management team - KPIs monitoring, analysis and reporting over sales, traffic, products and promotions (ROI, conversion rate, average order value, number of orders, turnover) - Close collaboration with the Digital Marketing to support the digital activities and keeping them aligned with digital marketing plan - Ensuring the standard digital stores’ compliance with legal, health and safety regulations departments (best before, packing data, nutritional information) - Maximizing the Loacker UI/UX experience monitoring actual and incoming channel-specific needs (content, product, consumer journey, editorial SEO) - Support our consumer service by highlighting new automated flows and providing proper level of information needed to solve E-com issues - Act as key user for the ecommerce platforms and primary interface for technical matters - Act as primary interface with customer service for the digital order-to-cash process - Act as primary interface with product management for new launches on the channels - Act as primary interface for logistics department and third party services and monitor inventory levels and implement corrective measures where needed YOUR PROFILE - E-commerce evangelist - Degree in economics, Business management and/or marketing.
