Job responsibilities:
* Cuoco – Required: experience in the sector; desirable: knowledge of typical Piedmontese preparations.
* Assign to first or second courses depending on capacity.
* Availability for lunch and dinner shifts, including holidays and weekends, with in-between rest days to be agreed.
Lavapiatti – Duties include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen utensils, and ensuring sanitation standards.
Camerieri di Sala – Duties include serving guests, setting tables, and providing table service during meals.
Work hours: 10:00–14:00 and 18:00–22:00, open daily except Tuesdays.
Employment type: Direct employment contract.
