Ideal candidate profile:· Master's in finance or economics required.· Candidate with maximum 2 years of experience (in banking, finance or related industries), with strong interest in Structured Finance/Securitisation.· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point) or proficiency in other programming languages· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills· Curious, meticulous attention to details and excellent personal presentation· Excellent team player and problem solver, with an ability to deliver under pressureThe individual will be responsible for the following activities:Contribute to the evaluation of potential structured finance transactions implementing DCF models.Oversee transaction reviews and performance reports for investors, ensuring alignment with business plan.Attend and support the team during the arrangement stage of a transaction, negotiating economics and covenants.Interact with external teams such as transactions' law firm and investment banks and/or asset managers.Support to other business units within Phinance Partners (i.e. Real Estate, Public Finance).
