Sales and Business Development Role
This position involves managing sales in Italy for membrane-based water treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, technical knowledge of membrane technologies, and experience working with industrial clients.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
* Expanding the customer base and growing existing relationships in Italy
* Developing new business opportunities and understanding customer needs to recommend tailored membrane solutions
* Contributing to regional sales strategies and supporting marketing initiatives
* Coordinating product certifications, quality documentation, and company accreditation processes
* Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to inform pricing and positioning strategies
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (process or environmental engineering, business administration)
* At least 5 years of sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of membrane technologies, system applications, and market requirements
* Proficient in CRM systems and skilled in delivering product training and high-level customer interactions
