This position supports the sales team in providing efficient and effective customer service, while ensuring accurate record keeping and contributing to marketing intelligence activities. /ph3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3ollibCustomer Data Management: /bulliCreate and maintain accurate customer records in the database. /liliEnsure customer information is current and complete. /liliHandle customer requests for account information and updates. /li /ul /lilibQuotation Issuance: /bulliAssist in creating and issuing quotations to customers. /liliImplement and manage simple pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team. /liliEnsure consistency and accuracy in quotation documentation. /li /ul /lilibAdministrative Support: /bulliProvide support to the sales team in document preparation and data entry. /liliMaintain organized files and records related to customer interactions and quotations. /liliCollaborate with team members to streamline processes. /li /ul /lilibCustomer Communication: /bulliEffectively communicate with customers to gather information needed to issue quotations. /liliEnsure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. /li /ul /lilibData Analysis and Reporting: /bulliAssist with data analysis activities related to customer interactions, pricing, and market trends. /liliGenerate reports to support decision-making processes within the sales team. /liliContribute to the improvement of data analysis and reporting processes. /li /ul /lilibDocumentation and Recordkeeping: /bulliMaintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions. /liliDocument details of offers, pricing agreements, and other relevant information. /liliEnsure compliance with company recordkeeping policies. /li /ul /li /olh3bEducation /b /h3pHigh School Diploma/GED in Economics or Computer Science /ph3bQualifications /b /h3ulliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing client information and pricing agreements. /liliAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial environment. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, and other relevant business software. /liliKnowledge of company policies relating to data protection, compliance, and record keeping. /liliPrevious experience in business support, issuing quotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency of documentation, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
