About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a leading company in the HVAC and building energy efficiency sector. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer needs, and business strategy, helping bring innovative solutions to market for modern buildings.
As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between technical teams, marketing, and customers, ensuring products meet market demands while supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze market and customer requirements in collaboration with Sales and client stakeholders.
* Work closely with R&D to translate market needs into clear, feasible technical specifications.
* Partner with Marketing to define product positioning and support go-to-market initiatives.
* Monitor product development milestones and maintain action plans, with attention to technical documentation and launch activities.
* Prioritize tasks with a structured, data-driven approach.
* Facilitate communication between technical and commercial teams, serving as a central point of contact across functions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
* Technical, technical-commercial, or customer-focused background in relevant sectors.
* Knowledge of Building Automation, IoT, HVAC, or related fields.
* Familiarity with field protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, MQTT.
* Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, network architectures, and TCP/UDP protocols.
* Awareness of energy vectors in building systems (electric, thermal, gas) and how they influence system design decisions.
* Strong collaboration skills to interact effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
* Proficiency in English.
