Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Specialist to help drive Replate’s commercial growth by identifying, approaching, and converting new restaurant partners.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and working in a fast-moving startup environment. You will play a direct role in expanding Replate’s presence in the restaurant industry, helping independent restaurants and chains discover a new way to present, sell, and optimize their menus.
The role is 100% remote and can be structured as a contract-based collaboration .
Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new restaurant partners and potential business opportunities.
Reach out to restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers through outbound sales activities.
Present Replate’s value proposition clearly and effectively through calls, demos, and presentations.
Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closing.
Build strong relationships with prospects and partners.
Understand client needs and position Replate as a strategic solution for their business.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales materials, outreach strategies, and market positioning.
Provide feedback from the market to support product and commercial development.
