About the job
The role involves providing technical support and assistance to social media advertisers, particularly small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The support is delivered through multiple channels including chat, email, and outbound phone calls, in both Italian and English.
Responsibilities
Help advertisers with post-sales assistance, troubleshooting, and improving their experience on the platforms.
Guide them in using platform tools and features and resolve technical issues.
Multitask and use several tools simultaneously.
Qualifications
Language Requirements: Italian C2 and English B2.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site).

Training and contract
The position offers comprehensive training for new employees, covering technical skills, customer management, and product knowledge. After successfully completing the training, employees are integrated into the Teleperformance team and offered a contract.
Work environment and benefits
The workplace is based in Lisbon, with rotating shifts, and follows Portuguese public holidays. Employees are entitled to 22 days of holiday annually, and there are opportunities for contract renewal and a potential permanent contract after two years.
