The role reports to the Head of PMI & Small/Medium Enterprise, negotiates contracts, and manages the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets in line with the company's strategic plans.Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales Growth
Promote the adoption of ReeVo Services among new and existing clients.Generate B2B opportunities, negotiate pricing, and close contracts.Conduct client visits to assess needs, qualify opportunities, and promote products and services.
Enhancing Client Relationships and Business Value
Increase the number of clients and improve satisfaction levels of existing customers.Deliver compelling sales demonstrations and presentations.Ensure correct service catalogs are implemented and share business‐value use cases as best practices.Work with ReeVo partners and vendors to create cross‐selling and upselling opportunities.Maintain relationships with partners to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with product management and presales teams to deliver high‐quality, customer‐ready solutions.
Revenue Generation and Professional Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.Achieve sales targets.Manage contract renewals.Pursue professional growth through internal training and courses that enhance soft skills and sales capabilities.Contribute to pipeline creation through collaboration with the Marketing team.Manage and report on the sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and provide regular updates to management.Identify additional opportunities to address potential customer issues and ensure desired outcomes.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Law, IT Engineering/Engineering or equivalent.3–5 years of experience in sales or related roles, with knowledge of private and public cloud, cloud‐native technologies, and cybersecurity.Knowledge of B2B sales processes and pipeline management.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).Ability to analyze customer needs and map solutions effectively.Understanding of contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.Capacity to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.Awareness of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Language Skills
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
