For an important apparel company in Treviso, Ricercamy is searching for a
**Merchandiser Analyst - **maternity leave replacement**
The person will be placed in the merchandising department and will report to the Merchandising Manager Utility.
**The main responsibilities will be**:
- Definition of the line plan (collection input) and progressive updating based on the developments of the collection through the use of company systems for the product families within its competence
- Definition of the cluster of sample book to support the sales people in the activity of selection
- Utilize briefing and pricing tools to input of collection and to data maintenance
- Definition of collection’s pricing and forecasting and periodic checks based on budget goals and company margins
- Create the catalogue dummy (product description and composition) through the use of company systems and subsequent correction and release of catalogue drafts to Marketing Dept. for the product families within its competence
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create specific contents and materials for the relevant products
- Support the Merchandising Manager and Visual Merchandiser to set up and renew the showroom in the HQ
- Support the Merchandising Manager to develop materials for training and product presentations dedicated to the sales force, clients and stakeholder in particularly to reference products
- Presentations and training to different stakeholders (agencies, clients, external partner etc..) with particular focus to reference products
- Check the sales performance with periodic analyses, with particular focus to reference products.
- Support the merchandising manager to analyses competitors, market benchmark and collection of sales needs (sales brief, questionnaires, material analyses)
**Required skills**:
- Bachelor degree in Economy or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and relationship skills; teamworking oriented.
- Planning and Time Management.
- Strong computing skills especially Office (Power Point, Excel).
- Fluent in English and preferably knowledge of a second language between French, German or Spanish.
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
