As a Key Account Manager, you will play a strategic role in building strong, long‑term partnerships with our most important national customers. You will become the SPOC (single point of contact) for your strategic customers. Your mission? Drive customer satisfaction, foster trust, and deliver value through exceptional service and commercial excellence.
You will be based in Pero (MI).
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute Account Plans and budgets with key clients, focusing on value‑based selling.
* Manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with KONE business guidelines.
* Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
* Oversee national agreements and manage a portfolio of strategic contracts.
* Collaborate with Area Leaders to define account strategies and mobilize internal teams toward shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Italian mother tongue, fluent in English
* Excellent Influencing skills
* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for achieving results
* Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
