Ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an On Trade Sales Executive (OSE) to report to the Area Manager and manage commercial activities across wholesalers, on‑trade outlets, and wine shops within a defined area. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute joint business plans with key customers to drive sustainable growth, market share and brand value. /li liManage day‑to‑day commercial performance across on‑trade outlets, wholesalers and wine shops, ensuring target achievement and implementing corrective actions when needed. /li liDrive sell‑out growth by expanding distribution, optimizing in‑store visibility and increasing brand presence in target outlets. /li liIdentify and onboard new business opportunities, strengthening partnerships with high‑potential outlets and optimizing customer portfolios. /li liNegotiate, implement and monitor commercial agreements to ensure effective assortment, brand visibility and rotation. /li liExecute pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and monitor market and competitor pricing dynamics. /li liAnalyze market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights to support strategic decision‑making. /li liTrack performance, evaluate initiatives and provide actionable feedback to continuously improve commercial effectiveness. /li liSupport sales forecasting, order management and back‑office processes. /li liMaintain accurate and timely reporting on field activities, customer visits and sales performance. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pThe ideal candidate has bat least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG company /b and holds a degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management. /p pKey skills and qualifications include: /p ul liStrong understanding of commercial dynamics, negotiation and influencing skills. /li liDigitally savvy with familiarity in social media. /li liResults‑oriented, collaborative team player with solid market knowledge, including trends and key players. /li liExperience in planning and executing promotional activities, combined with creativity and innovation. /li liGood grasp of PL management. /li liExcellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). /li liFluency in Italian; good command of English (written and spoken) is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pSalary range: €34,678 – €42,384, plus 19% variable pay and benefits.
