Regional Elevator Sales Manager - EuropeResponsible for growth, sales development and profitability of our elevator products in the assigned region. Specifically responsible for developing and improving customer relationships at all levels of customers up to and including executive, R&D;, Engineering, Purchasing, and Corresponding reports. Be the “Expert” and leader in elevator belts and accessories.Accountabilities:Individual accountabilitiesDevelop the 3 channels of Elevator sales: OEM, Modernization, and Service (Incl. Distribution)Develop Elevator parts distribution channelsFormulate and lead execution of his Elevator regional strategies, plans, budgets and programs to support company sales and profitability objectivesEnsure for segment a market intelligence analysis, detecting the possibility of development for existing and new customers and deploying the strategic plan in order to increase the portfolio value in line with targets.Responsible to maintain and constantly improve the team’s knowledge providing training and requested updates to all regions.Shared accountabilitiesIdentify product and solution gaps and work with internal teams to address such gaps.Ensure compliance to regional regulations and standards.Attain required certifications for productsOrganize important industry related fairs and eventsKey linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholdersR&D;, Process Engineering, Product Line Manager, OEM Engineering, Distribution Manager
