Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
to accelerate growth across the EMENA region.

Your Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take charge of sales activities within your assigned region—expanding market presence, cultivating key partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.
You will:
Manage and grow sales within designated territories
Strengthen market positioning and brand recognition across the region
Identify new business opportunities and develop channel strategies
Build relationships with key consultants, engineering firms, and end-users
Lead negotiations and secure major industrial projects
Implement pricing, product, and competitive positioning strategies
Monitor sales performance and report progress through CRM tools
Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to align objectives

What We're Looking For
Background & Experience
Around
5 years of experience
in technical sales, ideally within industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or process cooling
Proven track record managing regional or channel sales networks
Comfortable with complex project cycles and negotiation processes
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and commercial acumen
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills
Technical curiosity and ability to engage engineering stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
