Account Manager Italy (m/f/d)

Enmacc is Europe's largest over‐the‐counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities. The platform allows more than 600 companies and 2,200 professionals to trade power, gas, Guaranteed Origin, emissions allowances, and weather derivatives quickly, securely and efficiently. It is used by energy suppliers, trading houses, industrial companies and municipal utilities, creating a vibrant network of market participants. Founded in 2016, enmacc is a fast‐growing scale‐up with a team of 100+ people across Europe, passionate about energy, technology and building real impact.
Responsibilities

Account Management: maintain and grow existing portfolio of customers in Italy, build trusted relationships, understand client requirements, prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts, ensure high satisfaction and retention.
New Customer Acquisition: grow the platform in Italy, identify and acquire relevant national and international trading customers, manage opportunities through the funnel, represent enmacc at events, fairs and conferences.
Voice of the Customer: act as a liaison between current customers and internal departments such as Product Development, deliver concise feedback and identify market opportunities for the platform.

Qualifications

3‐5 years of successful B2B experience, ideally SaaS and preferably within the energy sector.
Proactive, creative team player focused on inspiring customer loyalty.
Hands‐on attitude with a desire to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Desire to work in a fast‐paced start‐up and passion for digital products and services.
Fluent in Italian, excellent written and spoken English.
