Position Overview
La Soluzione S.p.A., an agency authorized by the Ministry (N. 0000070 del 26/06/2023), is seeking a COMMERCIALE FULL REMOTE for a client company in Paderno Dugnano (MI), operating in outsourcing and customer service. The role involves training in consulting and sales of IT solutions to support product promotion and sales.
Responsibilities
* Outbound activities targeting small and medium enterprises, proposing product licenses to improve customer management via multiple channels (voice, messages, chat, social, video).
* Using internal CRM to manage calls, messages, and video communications.
* Managing prospect and lead databases from social activities and company-provided lists.
* Gathering customer data and requirements, and preparing economic and contractual proposals when interested.
Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish and/or English (or native speaker) with strong commercial skills.
* Experience in B2B sales to small and medium enterprises, with negotiation and objection management skills.
* Good consulting skills and familiarity with technologies to update customer portfolios.
* Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-oriented skills.
* Strong organizational skills, working towards shared goals and KPIs.
* Resilience and stress management abilities.
Offer
* 6-month collaboration contract with a minimum pay of €10/hour.
* Initial training and ongoing support.
* Part-time commitment: 20 hours/week across 5 days, with working hours 09:00-13:00 (European market) and 15:00-19:00 (South American market).
* Work location: In-person at Paderno Dugnano for the first 3 months, then some days in smart working.
