PpTemu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol liSupport the execution of effective local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brandsin accordance with established guidance. Focus on implementing category selections to increase overall value for both business and customer objectives. /li liSupport and guide assigned merchandise partners through the standard platform onboarding process. Communicate established plans and guidelines to merchandise partners regarding market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies. /li liGather information on category performance and provide feedback and suggestions. Assist in the implementation of projects through resource coordination and merchant guidance as per project plans. /li liConduct industry analysis reports to help identify potential customer needs. Participate in the adjustment of tactics based on directives of market trends. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of operational experience, including but not limited to experience in brand management or platform operations. /li liExtensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks is a plus. /li liStrong data analysis skills, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions. /li liPossesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans. /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills, self‑motivation, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes. /li liAbility to work under pressure and manage logistics during high‑demand periods. /li /ul pAs part of the compensation package, you may receive other benefits depending on the position.
