Are you passionate about data, analysis, and continuous improvement? Would you like to contribute to enhancing quality processes in a global environment?
We’re looking for a Quality KPIs and Data Analyst to join the Customer Care Strategy and Quality Business Processes department, where data-driven decisions and process improvement are key to delivering excellence.
What You’ll Do
1. Collect and analyze quality-related data from systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and QSW, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Maintain and update Microsoft Power BI dashboards, ensuring data consistency and reliability for stakeholders.
3. Monitor KPIs and metrics in the Food and Machine areas, reporting any deviations from standards.
4. Apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
5. Prepare timely and accurate reports aligned with stakeholder needs, clearly communicating quality performance.
6. Review existing KPIs to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and lead the development of new KPIs from design to Power BI implementation.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Care, Quality, Supplier Quality, Technical Service) to manage and interpret data for issue resolution and strategic reporting.
8. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
9. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and a passion for creating clear, insightful dashboards.
10. Interest in structured data analysis and process improvement.
11. Attention to detail in handling data from multiple sources.
12. Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in international teams.
13. Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.
