Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP professional to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support as part of AMS, including incident resolution, problem analysis, and root cause identification. The role involves optimizing production planning and execution processes with a proven ability to deliver timely and effective support.
Main Responsibilities
SAP Production Planning (PP) & Execution Skills:
* Expertise in SAP PP module: demand management, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers
* Understanding of shop floor operations, MES integration, and order confirmations
* Knowledge of capacity planning, scheduling, and resource optimization
* Experience with MRP configuration and optimization
* Strong integration experience with SAP SD, MM, QM, and FI/CO modules
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP module, especially in migration contexts
Job Profile
Skills:
* Configuration skills in SAP PP and Material master data
* Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and FIORI Apps development and debugging
* Incident management and troubleshooting capabilities
* User training, documentation, and operational support experience
* Process improvement and documentation skills
* Experience in managed services, handling tickets, and adhering to SLAs
* Organizational, process management, and independent project execution skills
* Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills
* Fluent in English and proficient in written Italian
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
