Responsibilities
* Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and help sellers determine an appropriate listing price.
* Research local property markets, identify trends, compare properties to establish accurate valuations and selling prices.
* List properties for sale or rent, create marketing materials like photos and brochures, and generate leads for potential buyers and sellers.
* Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective clients.
* Liaise with buyers and sellers to negotiate sale terms and purchase agreements to achieve the best outcome for clients.
* Prepare, review, and deliver contracts, agreements, and other necessary real estate documents.
* Manage databases, answer communications, and schedule appointments.
Key Skills & Qualities
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, persistence, and ability to work independently.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills and knowledge of the local real estate market and communities.
* Proficiency with computers and relevant software, plus customer service skills and a results-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 1-2+ years' of experience in the real estate business and be an independent licensed real estate agent working on their own with entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills.
