Area Sales Manager – Spain, Italy & Latam
Based at the Italian headquarters in Cesena, with frequent travel.

Role Overview
* Develop and expand markets to increase revenue.
* Identify, acquire, and develop new customers and business opportunities, converting them into profitable sales.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
* Define and execute market strategies for assigned countries in collaboration with the sales team.
* Consult with customers to understand their needs and translate these into tailored value propositions.
* Negotiate and close deals with the support of the sales team.
* Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and agents to expand the sales network.
* Oversee contract execution and ensure proper follow-up with cross-functional teams.
* Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
* Report sales performance and market insights to the Operations Manager of the Italian BU.
Candidate Profile
* Hunter, with strong international sales experience.
* At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation systems for fresh produce or food processing machinery.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
* Technical affinity, knowledge of machinery, and familiarity with the fruit and vegetable sector are assets.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish and Italian; good command of English; additional European languages are advantageous.
