PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The role of Sales Specialist inside FPT organization is to support the FPT Sales Managers with the business growth, generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Assist in preparing commercial proposals and technical documentation for clients
Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Help maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and logistics
REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND
Degree (or currently pursuing Degree) in Business or Engineering or Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in sales and the industrial/automotive sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus
Analytical mindset and attention to details
