Our client is an exciting, high-growth collaborative robotics company that is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and expand the company's presence in key markets. In this role, you will help shape sales strategies and play a key role in building the sales team in the future. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow business in both new and existing markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and key industry stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline to successful closure. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales. Experience in robotics sales. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex sales cycles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
