To accelerate our global expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth within a designated territory, aiming at regional key accounts in Europe. This role is pivotal in executing our market penetration strategy, building a robust sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. You will be a key player on the ground, reporting to and working closely with the Europe Sales Director. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct regional market research to identify and develop key accounts within the target industry, building a robust pipeline of high-quality sales leads. Establish, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with strategic key accounts. Drive increased product sales and market share through professional account management and sales techniques. Take full ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact and technical presentations to quotation, negotiation, and final contract closure. Act as the key liaison between customers and the internal technical team. Accurately understand and communicate customer technical requirements, coordinating internal resources to deliver customized solutions. Actively participate in and support local marketing initiatives, such as industry trade shows and technical seminars, to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads.
