For a multinational company operating in the luxury segment, we are looking for a Sales Manager. In particular, this person will focus on the development and implementation of sales channels for the relevant market segment and will be responsible for managing relationships with retailers, as well as B2B marketing strategies aimed at increasing the brand's presence in the market.
Role
Activity:
* Further development and implementation of the TV, AV and Home Cinema sales channel for the products and specialist trade activities in Italy per direct dealer and buying group management, B2B market and potentially to existing Designers and Architects contacts.
* Sales management for other European countries .
* Successive development of sales channels in the responsible countries with a focus on the identification and support of suitable dealers and distribution partners.
* Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for the specialized retailer/distributor and the company's own retail stores.
* Sales and gross margin responsibility for sales in the responsible countries.
* Presentation of the products at dealer / end customer and specialist trade events.
* PSI (Purchases, Sales, Inventory) management including budgeting and forecasting in the responsible countries.
* Initiation and implementation of marketing and sales-related measures for the markets served.
* Permanent Monitoring of the competitive situation.
* Creation, billing and control of bonus agreements for dealers and distributors
Requirements
* University degree or vocational training with a position-relevant focus
* Several years of professional experience in the European specialist trade distribution of high- quality consumer goods in the field of TV/projectors of an international corporation.
* Experience in the development or further development of specialist trade concepts for the TV / consumer electronics sector.
* Good communication and presentation skills at all levels of the company.
* Experience in building and maintaining long-term, international partnerships.
* Excellent knowledge of relevant software (SAP, Excel/MS Office, BI tools)
* Analytical, structured, goal- and team-oriented way of working.
* Business fluent in English, other foreign languages are an advantage.
* Intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally (Europe).
* High customer orientation, confident and friendly appearance as Leica brand ambassador.
