As the next Junior Sales Specialist: - French Speaker you will support the Sales team in his business development activities. Therefore, your main responsibilities would include: - Identify and contact potential customers for sales - Develop Strategy for business development and Increase sales by actively seeking new customers (cold calls) - Conducting business negotiations with customers - Preparation of commercial offers - Preparation and approval of contracts - Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers - Maintaining reporting documentation - Maintaining business correspondence with clients - Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and decision influencers to ensure retention and relationship stability - Build and deepen relationships with existing customers to achieve increase in sales - Adhere to all company processes and policies, and carry the brand of the company to the next level - Participation in different fairs and events of the company globally as per the requirement - Managing Internal CRM tools - Education: Bachelor Degree - Native in French language: - Fluency in English language (at least B2/C1 Level) - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent use of MC Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio) - Availability to travel in Italy and abroad (min 50% of working time) Also nice to have: - 1-2 Years of overall experience in sales and marketing and preferably in GMP/Pharmaceutical Industries Experience/Medical Devices field We would love to meet you if you see yourself as: highly motivated, open-minded and sociable, organized, creative problem-solver and team-player lover.
