As a Sales Manager you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to an internationally dedicated client base. The main purpose of your role is to generate profitable business across all products from new as well as existing customers and thereby delivering on the strategic objectives and targets to generate growth for POFM.

Key responsibilities
You will play an active part in the company's commercial development. Next to this you will have the following tasks:
Create and deliver high quality leads of potential new customers
Qualify and nurture leads/opportunities from lead generation
Actively generate and qualify new business opportunities from existing customers.
Actively generate and qualify new business opportunities from new customers.
Plan, prepare and carry out virtual/f2f meetings with potential customers
Involve and align all relevant internal stakeholders during the sales process
Support Tender Management in developing competitive replies to tenders
Negotiate contracts, close deals and create high quality quotes
Contribute with market insights in developing pricing structure
Redirect potential small customers to Inside Sales
Report on a regular basis on your sales activities, including funnel report
Attend weekly sales meetings
Attend exhibitions and conferences
Your profile
Very good working knowledge of English language
Good knowledge of MS Office packages and CRM systems
Clear and direct communication skills
At least 8 years’ experience in an internationally oriented commercial job role
Sense of urgency and good negotiator
Focus orientated, Team player, Decisive and Customer oriented
