From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. /p pAs an bApprentice Product Manager and Technical Support for LOGO! and SITOP /b some of your main activities will be: /p ul liDevelop the Italian product strategy and contribute to a long‑term roadmap for the product lifecycle, including new and existing generations of LOGO! and SITOP, ensuring commercial success in the region aligned with HQ guidelines. /li liSupport promotional activities for LOGO! and SITOP aimed at both end customers and the distribution network, organizing events, workshops, and training sessions for sales force and partner technicians. /li liActively collaborate in planning and managing customer‑facing events to increase product visibility and market penetration. /li liProvide technical support on LOGO! and SITOP products for internal teams and customers, assisting with technical queries and helping sales specialists better position these products. /li liCoordinate activities with HQ to ensure alignment with global guidelines, participating in training and internal communication to keep the team updated on product and market news. /li liSupport sales specialists and sales representatives by defining and implementing guidelines, goals, and initiatives to stimulate sales growth. Identify and follow‑up on strategic business opportunities. /li liGather customer and market requirements for product enhancements and relay technical feedback to engineering and test teams at HQ. Develop use cases and customer references to expand product penetration. /li liAssist in planning sales price development and implement action plans to achieve business targets. /li liDevelop competitive analysis and formulation of competitive strategies for all new and existing products.
