Position Overview:
The Area Sales Manager for Northern Italy will be responsible for managing and expanding business activities within their designated region, covering Northern Italy (EMILIA-ROMAGNA, VENETO, FRIULI-VENEZIA GIULIA, TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE). This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting products and services in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Portfolio Management
- Manage and maintain the existing customer portfolio across Northern Italy
- Identify and develop new client opportunities, following strategic guidelines.
- Conduct market research, including monitoring OEMs and competitor filter brands.
- Collaborate with machinery manufacturers to drive growth in the original equipment market.
2. Marketing & Promotion Activities
- Represent the organization at industry trade shows and events within the region.
- Actively promote products and services to clients and prospects to increase brand visibility and engagement.
3. Compliance with Company Standards
- Utilize tools and resources provided by management to support business operations.
- Regularly update CRM and IT systems to ensure accurate client and market data tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Profile Requirements:
- Background in technical sales or spare parts commerce, ideally in sectors like Construction, Agricultural, Mining, or Marine Equipment.
- Fluent in French or English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong ability to work independently with effective time management.
