Ph3Description /h3 pAsset Technology Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Project Manager to lead the execution of technical projects across our client environments. This is an on-site role in Florence, SC, ideal for a candidate with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting and a strong grasp of IT infrastructure, client onboarding, and service delivery execution. /p pAs an IT Project Manager, you will coordinate internal resources and vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with both client goals and security standards. You'll work closely with our engineering and service desk teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients during onboardings, infrastructure rollouts, and other strategic initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closure. /li liLead client onboarding projects — including infrastructure setup, software deployment, and systems configuration. /li liCoordinate with technical teams to deploy servers, workstations, firewalls, switches, and other stack components. /li liOwn the project communication process: maintain regular status updates with clients and internal teams. /li liEnsure adherence to internal deployment standards, compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, CJIS), and best practices. /li liTrack project progress in ClickUp and maintain detailed documentation on timelines, risks, and milestones. /li liIdentify project risks and mitigation strategies; elevate issues as needed to maintain momentum. /li liFacilitate handoffs to service and support teams with clean documentation and clear expectations. /li liParticipate in lifecycle management of client IT assets — including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience. /li li3–5+ years of experience in IT project management or technical project coordination. /li liExperience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred. /li liStrong understanding of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, endpoint deployments, and cybersecurity basics. /li liProficiency with project management tools (preferably ClickUp). /li liExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /li liComfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities. /li /ul h3Preferred Certifications (not required, but a plus) /h3 ul liPMP (Project Management Professional) /li liCompTIA Project+ /li liITIL 4 Foundation /li liMicrosoft MD-102 or related /li liCompTIA Network+ or Security+ /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses /li liComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k) /li liOpportunities for growth and professional development /li liA collaborative, fast-moving team that values integrity, reliability, and hustle /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
