Key Responsibilities :
Provide clients clear and concise descriptions of services by becoming a product expert.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in brands’ Intellectual Property divisions and anti-counterfeiting teams.
Schedule and lead meetings to provide comprehensive introductions to our services.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences across Europe on a regular basis.
Manage the flow of legal documents (agreements and PoA’s) between clients and BrandMonitor until signatures are finalized.
Fulfill sales KPI's.
Manage and keep CRM data up-to-date.
Requirements :
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential;
proficiency in French is a plus.
Motivation and capability to meet sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple responsibilities.
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for events and client meetings.
Would be a plus :
Legal experience, either through sales or experience as a lawyer.
Developed understanding of the legal and operational aspects of Intellectual Property and anti-counterfeiting practices.
