For our in‑house Beauty Division, we are looking for a Sales Account for a maternity leave replacement.

The role is responsible for the assigned territory, the achievement of specific sales targets, and the enhancement of the brand’s positioning and image.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will ensure the proper support and execution of marketing and commercial plans to deliver strong economic impact and ROI.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage orders and implement the sales plan in line with commercial agreements, respecting payment terms and supervising the execution of trade marketing initiatives.
* Produce monthly reporting and dashboards on sales KPIs.
* Ensure the correct product portfolio strategy at POS and optimal stock management.
* Present new product launches in detail and continuously map and monitor competitors.
* Be accountable for flawless POS execution and merchandising, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering.
* Problem‑solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Strong relational skills and flexibility.
* Around 1 year of experience in a Sales role, preferably within a luxury beauty company.
* Availability to travel across the Italian territory.
* A driving license.
* Fluency in English.
* Skills including communication, proactivity, teamwork, reliability, integrity, and strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
