Product Specialist – Overview

The Product Specialist will drive sales growth in the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The primary focus is on Convatec's O‐Stomy Care and Flexi Seal products.

Territories of interest: Milano – Monza – Bergamo – Lecco – Sondrio

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Convatec area sales for Ostomy Care and Flexi Seal products.
• Increase Convatec market share in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and potential clinical/non‐clinical customers as key accounts.
• Plan visits of the existing customer base and identify new customers.
• Monitor tenders and market situation, use insights to carry out independent market analyses.
• Conduct customer training, events and medical meetings.
• Develop and maintain action plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) based on territory performance.
• Advise nurses and Health Care Professionals on technical questions related to wound management and care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical and industry guidelines.
• Effectively plan and organize time.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Experience selling pharmaceutical or medical device products.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong propensity for sales.
• High motivation and a committed personality.
• Ability to convince interlocutors with a dynamic and scientific consulting competence.
• Experience in establishing long‐term customer relationships.
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and desire to succeed.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS‐Office.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Good teamwork, dynamism and ethical behaviour.

Qualifications / Education

- University bachelor's degree, preferably in scientific fields.
- Residence in Lombardia, preference for Bergamo, Milano or Monza.

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel within the assigned territory and to attend national company initiatives and events.

Languages

- Italian – Mother tongue.
- English – Fluent (speaking, writing, reading) – highly valued.

Working Conditions

• Full‐time position.
• National contract: CCNL Chimico‐F.
• Hybrid work arrangement.
